All reports are that the April BMAC meeting was a great success! Sorry I had to be out of town and missed Randy Meyer’s presentation, I heard it was great one . About 22 members were in attendance and a lot of them rode their bikes to the meeting judging by the pictures that Jeff Kisicki sent me. And Jeff brought a new member, David Lease, who lives in Monument. So please welcome David at the future meetings and I am looking forward to meeting him. Frank’s pictures show some of the meeting, but I especially enjoyed Randy showing how to start a left side kickstart machine, if you are not very proficient with your left leg!
My motorcycle tour trip to Portugal and Spain went very well, I will talk about it at a future meeting sometime. Bill Fillion went with me, so we will probably collaborate on a talk, at one of the upcoming meetings.
Our next meeting is on the second Saturday as usual, which will be May 9th, the day before Mother’s Day. So put that on your calendar. We will need to finalize plans for the July 11-12 Lake City ride, so you need to think about that and let Gary Hopkins know if you are going at his email, ghop@myctl.net.
