Dear BMAC members:

The British Motorcycle Association of Colorado meeting will be this Saturday, April 12th, 11:00am at the Black Forest Brewing Company.  The address is 11590 Black Forest Road, Colorado Springs.

Our March meeting went very well, with 17 members in attendance.  The weather wasn’t great, but that didn’t stop Rob and Keith from riding to the meeting.  This weekend looks very nice, so it could be time to pull your bike out.

In March, we demoed the Norton Featherbed frame that revolutionized motorcycle frame building in 1950.  At this next meeting, I plan to bring a Triton project bike, which is a Triumph engine in a Norton featherbed frame.  And we will review the history behind that combination.

We will also have a short “tech-time” on renewing damaged threads on your British, Metric, or modern bike.

Good Luck to all those who entered the High Mileage Award Contest.  And everyone needs to bring their spring tune-up and riding plans to share at the meeting.

Hope to see you at the meeting!  Last meeting the food truck’s generator died.  Hopefully we will have that food option at this meeting!

Frank Puckett, interim president.
