My fellow motorcycle enthusiasts,

It gives me great pleasure to invite you to participate in the “all motorcycle” Super Show in Colorado Springs on March 26/27, 2022. This has always been one of the big events of the year for the BMAC due to the nature of the event and favorable proximity to the largest segment of the club’s membership base in Colorado Springs.

We have worked closely with Pro Promotions over the many years we have participated in this event and have developed a great relationship with them. As a result, we get favored treatment to locate our club members bikes in a highly visible consolidated location at the venue. This provides us with great visibility to the public and has attracted much favorable exposure leading to maintain our position as a premier motorcycle club in Colorado, and usually yields new members as a byproduct.

We sincerely hope you will consider entering a bike or two in this event and hang out with the rest of us to catch up on news in the motorcycle world.

> Complete and sign the application form but DO NOT RETURN IT TO PRO PROMOTIONS, rather send it to me (Jerry) via email. If you can’t scan it, then send by USPS to 5315 Hidden Rock Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80908. I will be keeping the head (bike) count on entries to coordinate our floor space requirements with Pro Promotions. Send one application for each bike you plan to enter to me.

> If you have shown the bike at the Super Show before you don’t need to send a photo, but if this is the first showing I need to have you email (USPS a last resort) to me for screening. The intent of the Super Show is to display interesting restorations, vintage, classic, race bikes that you would not see on a showroom floor. So, no offense if you are proud of your new 2022 sock bike but it would not fit the intent of the show.

> If you are a current paid (2022) BMAC member, the club will subsidize the normal $30 entry fee by an amount of $15 to encourage your participation. This applies to only one bike so if you plan to enter more, it will cost $30 each for the 2nd and subsequent entries.

> Send your payment to the BMAC Treasurer Jim Baker at 7120 Dark Horse Place, Colorado Springs, CO 80919. Make check payable to the British Motorcycle Association of Colorado for $15 for the first bike and add another $30 to the total for whatever number of bikes you want to enter in addition to the first one. You can join the BMAC online at our website to get your membership established before completing the entry package. If you don’t wish to join the BMAC, you are welcome to be included in our display area so send $30 for each bike you wish to enter. DO NOT SEND PRO PROMOTIONS ANY PAYMENTS! We consolidate all the entries and pay them at the event when we know the total numbers of bikes to be shown.
