I have the lodge at HFR reserved for Friday, Dec. 15, 6pm – 9pm. All the weekend dates were taken before I got the message that the BMAC wanted to have our event. Please reserve this date on your calendar so you don’t miss out. I will be sending more information as we get closer to the end of November and details are established.

> Also, I need to have a volunteer order the food and pick it up on the night of the event (5 pm so it is fresh – (we can keep it warm in our lodge kitchen oven). I will work with this person to coordinate quantity and select a vendor. We have mainly used Famous Daves in the past for good value, quality food, and good service (timing for pickup).
