The May meeting of BMAC came to order shortly after 6PM, on Zoom, with 17
members in attendance.
Confirmed upcoming events:
– May 30: BMAC club ride, leaving PPHD lot at 10AM. Florissant /
Cripple Creek / Victor run.
– May 31: Supercross race in Utah; no spectators but if you are craving
televised racing, they’re the first ones to come back; 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm ET
on NBCSN then 4:00 – 6:00 ET on NBC
As we continue to grapple with the scheduling chaos from coronavirus, the
following upcoming events are still (tentatively) scheduled:
– July 11-12 – Lake City Ride
– July 17-19 – Triumph in the Rockies 2020 – Montrose
– July 25 – BMAC Club BBQ – Frank Puckett
Denise showed off more of the reupholstery/gel seat project for her Speed
Triple. Later the Wendls showed off their garage and their … eight? nine?
bikes.
John demonstrated more metal fabrication, demonstrating how to make a jig
so you can reproduce consistent parts. He also showed off a custom Triumph
500 build he is starting.
