BMAC HOLIDAY PARTY
Get the baby sitter
scheduled, get out your holiday attire and put on your party face – the BMAC
holiday celebration is only a few weeks away. Here are the Details:

Paid BMAC members and a spouse or adult guest (no children please).

6 – 10 pm
Location: High Forest
Ranch Community Lodge (see map) in Black Forest
1 Mile East of Hwy 83 on High Forest Road (Entrance on Hwy 83, ½ mile south of
Hodgen). See map below.
Access: When
you get to the security kiosk located outside the
entrance gate, push the “#” symbol and then enter the 4-digit security code on the key
pad. Dave Moore will forward the gate code to
you later as the date approaches.

Holiday Casual
Gift Exchange: Optional participation, one
“Motorcycle” oriented new wrapped gift (not to exceed $15 in value) per
family/couple wishing to participate – no “white elephants” please. – Just good
useable items a biker would enjoy. No names on the gift, we will have
some fun playing the “take away game” at the party.
Food & Drink: The BMAC will provide main
courses, side dishes, desert, utensils, plates, cups , etc. Members only
need to provide their own beverages. We need an accurate headcount
so the club can purchase enough food for all attending with no waste so please RSVP your
number of participants to Robin at [email protected] no later than Saturday,
November 30 so we can
order enough food and drink.
